Since 2014, SOMIC Packaging embarked on a mission of bringing the world’s best multi-functional end-of-line case packing equipment to North America. Over the years, we have assembled a strong, dedicated team based in our home in Eagan, Minnesota. 

Our facility serves as the hub for fast and professional support services. Whether your manufacturing sites are situated in Canada or the USA, our highly skilled Somic Service engineers are on hand to assist you. They are available for onsite assistance or via remote support, ensuring you recieve expert guidance for all your requirements. From machine installations, inspections, and maintenance to spare part orders and machine modifications, our local service team is dedicated to promptly and reliably fulfilling your needs.

To further enhance our service offerings, since 2022, We have introduced the option to conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) here in Eagan. This initiative underscores our commitment to delivering comprehensive and efficient solutions directly from Minnesota to your production site. 

With the introduction of the new 434 machine generation, we now also conduct the final assembly in our facility, ensuring top-quality, locally assembled solutions for our North American customers.
